Michael R. Vande Brake, CPA
Michael Vande Brake has 13 years of wide-ranging public accounting
and private industry experience. He has managed the financial functions of
various businesses, including those in retail, healthcare, real estate,
pharmaceutical, and agriculture. Additionally, he has assisted with the
formation and development of area small businesses.
Vande Brake has a Master’s
Degree in Business Administration from the University of Kansas. He received
undergraduate degrees in accounting and business administration from
Northwestern College in Orange City, Iowa.
Vande Brake is a Certified Public
Accountant. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public
Accountants and the Kansas Society of Certified Public Accountants.
Alan E. Baker, CPA
Alan Baker
has more than 30 years of professional experience that showcases his financial
acumen. He has worked in accounting, tax, litigation support and auditing
services with a Big Four accounting firm. Additionally, he has performed in a
variety of accounting, operational and finance roles with a Fortune 50 company
and served as Chief Financial Officer of a manufacturing company.
Baker has a
Master’s Degree in Business Administration and undergraduate degrees in
accounting from Kansas State University.
Baker is a Certified Public Accountant.
He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the
Kansas Society of Certified Public Accountants.
